Physical Therapist Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support rehabilitative services in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on assisting with treatment delivery to help patients regain mobility and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist with implementation of treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training

• Observe and report patient progress or concerns

• Maintain accurate treatment documentation

• Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff

Requirements:

• Active California PTA license

• SNF or post-acute experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
