Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

• Deliver personalized therapy interventions following each patient's plan of care
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment to track recovery milestones
• Guide patients with education and home exercise programs to extend care beyond the clinic
• Communicate openly with the supervising PT to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment through adherence to infection control and safety standards

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain before start)
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Passion for helping patients restore mobility and achieve their goals

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Physical therapy interventions and modalities
• Patient education and communication
• Accurate documentation of patient progress
• Home exercise program design and instruction
• Infection control and safety standards
• Treatment plan implementation
