  • Coordinate activity calendars, lesson plans, field trips, special events, and other program activities.

Family Engagement & Collaboration

  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train program staff.
  • Monitor staff training, credentials, and compliance with program requirements.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Use program data and feedback to strengthen programming and child outcomes.
  • Participate in agency trainings, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current on applicable childcare regulations, best practices, and Step Up To Quality requirements.
  • Support organizational initiatives and complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with school-age children in a childcare, education, youth development, or related setting.
  • CDA, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience providing staff supervision, leadership, or mentoring preferred.
