Cornerstone is currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Direct Care Workers to provide dedicated 1-on-1 support to this special high acuity client in our residential program.

Compensation

Base Pay: Starting at $17.13 per hour

PLUS $75 DAILY BONUS for each day worked with this special high acuity client.

The $75 daily bonus applies only to shifts worked with this designated high acuity client.

What You'll Do

As a 1-on-1 Direct Care Worker, you will provide individualized support based on the client's Plan of Service. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing dedicated 1-on-1 supervision and support
• Assisting with personal care and daily living needs
• Supporting community activities and outings
• Encouraging independence and personal goals
• Following the individual's Plan of Service and established support strategies
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Scheduling

Job Types: Full-Time & Part-Time

Available shifts may include:

• 8-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Night/Overnight shifts
• Monday–Friday
• Weekends as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Compassionate and patient approach to providing care
• Ability to follow individualized plans and required documentation
• Must maintain all required training and employment qualifications
