We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Shippenville Nursing and Rehab team! As a Physical Therapist at Shippenville, you will be part of a dynamic and dedicated rehabilitation team committed to delivering exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our patients.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Shippenville, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans to help patients achieve their optimal level of function and independence. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide expert physical therapy services, including but not limited to:

• Evaluating patients' physical abilities and creating personalized treatment plans
• Conducting physical therapy sessions to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion
• Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and ways to maintain progress
• Documenting treatment plans and progress in accordance with facility policies

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients of varying ages and abilities
• Develop and implement treatment plans that align with patient goals and needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
