Assignment Details:
• Location: Banner Elk, North Carolina

What You’ll Do:
• Complete physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide therapeutic exercise and functional mobility training
• Support gait, transfer, balance and fall-prevention goals
• Monitor progress and update interventions as needed
• Educate residents and caregivers on safe mobility
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation professionals
• Participate in care planning and discharge recommendations

The Right Candidate:
• Holds an active North Carolina Physical Therapist license
• Has recent LTC, skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience
• Is comfortable treating adult and geriatric patients
• Can independently manage treatments and documentation
• Is available for the full 13-week contract
