Innovative Physical Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Physical Therapy Technician (Spanish/English) to join our growing outpatient team in Baltimore, MD.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting both our patients and clinicians by:

•  Assisting Physical Therapists with patient care and exercise instruction 
•  Demonstrating therapeutic exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist 
•  Providing exceptional customer service to every patient and visitor 
•  Preparing treatment areas and maintaining a clean, organized clinic 
•  Applying hot and cold therapy as directed 
•  Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with front desk responsibilities 
•  Filing patient documentation and completing other administrative tasks 
•  Assisting with patient transportation when needed 

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Passion for helping people improve their health and quality of life 
•  Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service 
•  Team-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude 
•  Interest in physical therapy or a future healthcare career preferred 
•  Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift 
•  Must be at least 18 years old

• Full Time 

Compensation

• $16.00-$19.00 per hour
