AVIR at Pebble Creek is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. If you are passionate about helping patients improve their strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life, we would love to hear from you.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, transfers, and functional activities.

• Implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their functional goals.

• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team.

• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Texas.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
