Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy Assistant License (Required)
• Location: Bronx, NY
• Facility Type: SNF
• Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Certified Occupational Therapists Assistants will provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist.
• will develop and improve the skills needed for the daily functioning of your patients
• will prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries as required
• will implement and document patient status under the direction of OT and Rehab Director
• Certified Occupational Therapists Assistants will monitor the patient’s performance in therapy activities, providing encouragement
• Certified Occupational Therapists Assistants will supervise patient’s activities to ensure they are done properly
