Medford Children’s Clinic is seeking a creative, fun, and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This part-time role (Wednesday–Saturday) offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if desired. Position Details:
- Job Type: Part-Time.
- Pay: $54.81 – $76.96 per client hour (DOE).

Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy License.
- CPR certification.
- Pediatric experience preferred—new grads with strong interest in pediatrics encouraged to apply.
- Ability to utilize a play-based therapy approach.
- Willingness to learn use of suspension systems and pediatric therapy equipment.
- Comfortable working in shared treatment spaces.
- Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High professional standards and ethical conduct.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate children and young adults (ages 0–21) to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets insurance, licensing, and supervisory requirements.
- Provide home programming and caregiver education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Offer guidance, support, and resources to clients and families.
