• Bring the Energy: Greet every customer on the service drive with high-touch hospitality and excitement.

• Provide Free Value: Hand every service guest a complimentary CarFax and market valuation within 15 minutes—zero pressure, total transparency.

• Create Opportunities: Help guests explore selling or trading their vehicle, making smooth handoffs to our appraisal and sales teams.

• Own the Floor: Maintain a continuous, strong presence on the lane so no opportunity slips by.

Outreach & Market Sourcing

• Daily Preparation: Call tomorrow's service appointments to build excitement around their vehicle's value and prep their documents in advance.

• Market Sourcing: Actively hunt for vehicles on Facebook Marketplace, Cars.com, and AutoTrader using vAuto to buy inventory directly from private sellers.

• Equity Mining: Dig into our customer database to identify drivers sitting on positive equity and turn those leads into buys.
