Class A CDL Regional Driver - Great Home Time

Join our dynamic team as a Regional CDL A Company Driver and take charge of delivering freight across designated regions with energy and professionalism. You’ll be the backbone of our logistics operation, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Overview:

Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time.
Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning.
95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.

Pay and bonus potential:

Mileage pay.
Monthly performance pay.
Monthly.
Sign-on bonus paid over 6 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
Paid orientation.
Paid time off after 12 months, plus 5 days of holiday pay per year.

Qualifications:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Atleast 2 years of Class A driving experience.
No more than two moving violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles across regional routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) standards.
Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery times while minimizing fuel consumption and vehicle wear.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records.
Communicate proactively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or any issues encountered on the road.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and delivery operations.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards related to commercial driving.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple stops across regional routes confidently.
