What You’ll Do:

• Deliver therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT

• Assist in executing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function

• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey

• Active Arkansas COTA license

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
