About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a full-time swing-shift position with a stable, democratic, physician-owned and managed group that has partnered with hospitals for more than 30 years. Position Highlights

• Full-time Hospitalist Physician Assistant – Swing Shift - Average 12 shifts per month

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation with an average range of $97 - $102 per hour

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current or eligible Virginia Physician Assistant license
• Hospitalist, inpatient medicine, internal medicine, or other acute-care experience preferred
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hospital-based experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, nursing, and other members of the care team
