As an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Countryside, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans

• Conducting occupational therapy interventions, including but not limited to, exercises, activities, and modalities

• Recording and documenting patient progress and treatment plans

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment

Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies or related field
