About the Role:
Holmdel Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Holmdel, NJ is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join their growing team. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and post-treatment maintenance
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience in orthopedic, sports, or outpatient physical therapy settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
