Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

• Deliver personalized therapy interventions following the PT plan of care to help patients restore mobility and function
• Document each patient's progress and response to treatment with accuracy and compassion
• Empower patients and families through education and customized home exercise programs
• Keep supervising PTs informed with clear communication about patient status and progress
• Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active PTA license in Massachusetts or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Physical therapy and therapeutic intervention techniques
• Patient education and home exercise program instruction
• Accurate documentation and progress tracking
• Infection control and safety compliance
• Clear communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing PT services
