Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Cleveland, Ohio

Note: Eastbrook Healthcare Does NOT have a vent Unit and does not admit residents on ventilators. This is a Management Position to Support the Clinical Team.

At Eastbrook Healthcare Center, we believe in creating a fun, uplifting environment where our residents can thrive. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality respiratory care to our residents in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and breathing treatments to residents

• Monitor oxygen therapy, pulse oximetry, and respiratory status

• Assist with trach care, nebulizer treatments, CPAP/BiPAP management

• Work closely with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems

• Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and changes in condition

• Educate residents and families on respiratory care plans

Qualifications:

• Active Respiratory Therapist (RT/RRT/CRT) license or Respiratory Technician certification (state requirements apply)

• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, nursing home, or SNF setting preferred

• Knowledge of pulmonary care, oxygen management, and respiratory equipment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Shift: Monday-Friday
