Maintenance Technician Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our property. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our hotel property.

Responsibilities:

- Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities to maintain the hotel property.

- Replace air conditioner filters to ensure proper functioning of the HVAC system.

- Tend to air conditioners, cooling towers, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests.

- Maintain standards of quality guest service by ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

- Tend to the pool area, including chemical balancing and cleaning, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred.

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
