We are currently hiring Entry-Level and Experienced Welders for multiple opportunities in Ponca City, OK. We are seeking candidates with experience in, or willingness to learn, a variety of welding processes including MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core, and other welding techniques.

All applicants must be able to pass a weld test as part of the hiring process.

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core, and other welding processes according to company and customer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, measurements, and welding symbols to complete projects accurately.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and compliance with required standards.
• Safely operate welding equipment, hand tools, grinders, and other fabrication tools while following all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial settings.
• Entry-level and experienced welders are welcome to apply; candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to pass a weld test.
