Shift: Day shift
Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Raytown, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with rehab facilities across Missouri offering one consistent location and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.
What You'll Do
- Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
- Work under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist to support patients' functional independence
- Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
- Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
- Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym

What You'll Need
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
