Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Daily Living Assistance: Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Serve meals. Help residents with mobility.
• Health Monitoring & Support: Document care provided and observations in resident medical records.
• Environmental & Operational Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas. Attend to resident needs as they arise throughout your shift

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Compassionate, people-centered attitude
• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and follow established care procedures
• CNA's are highly encouraged to apply
• Experiance caring for those with dementia
• EducationHigh School Diploma/GED
• ExperienceEntry Level (0-2 years)
