Experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Riverdale

Omega Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Riverdale office. This full-time, in-person role is for a provider who values collaborative primary care and wants to make care more accessible for children and families in the community.

You will work with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff in a supportive, family-centered practice. We value clear communication, thoughtful clinical judgment, and practical ideas that strengthen patient flow, access, and the experience families have at each visit. The team works together to deliver efficient, compassionate care in a growing local practice.

In this role, you will provide routine and acute care, including well-child visits, sick visits, follow-ups, preventive guidance, and education for caregivers. You will assess and treat conditions within your scope, order appropriate labs or tests, prescribe medications, coordinate referrals, and document care accurately in the EMR. You will collaborate with physicians and team members to support safe, high-quality care and help with quality-improvement efforts.

Candidates who have worked as a family nurse practitioner, primary-care provider, or child-health provider are encouraged to consider this role when their background aligns with the license and experience requirements.

Candidates must hold an active Georgia APRN or NP license. Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification or strong primary-care experience is preferred, along with at least one year in pediatric or family-practice provider work. Current BLS certification is preferred. The successful candidate brings excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach. Spanish language skills are welcome but not required.
