What You'll Do

·       Lead civic, municipal, cultural, institutional, and public-sector architecture projects.

·       Coordinate public clients, consultants, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.

·       Manage schedules, budgets, scopes, deliverables, and project communication.

·       Guide design direction, technical documentation, and consultant coordination.

·       Review drawings, specifications, details, and construction documents.

·       Support presentations, feasibility studies, permitting, and construction administration.

What We're Looking For

·       8+ years of architecture experience preferred.

·       Professional degree in Architecture required.

·       Architectural license preferred.

·       Civic, municipal, cultural, public-sector, or institutional project experience preferred.

·       Strong technical documentation and consultant coordination experience.

·       Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software experience preferred.

·       Strong presentation, communication, and team leadership skills.
