Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT)

 The Hagedorn Little Village School has been a leading provider in Early Intervention, CPSE and CSE services to children and families for 50 years. We are currently looking for qualified professionals to provide services in our programs.
 
  

Job Summary/ Requirements:
 Come join our team of professionals!! Provide Special Education services to preschool children in daycares/preschools or in the home.

 As a SEIT, you will be working on the social/emotional, behavioral and cognitive goals for preschoolers who qualify for the CPSE program. ABA and bi-lingual (any language) is a plus. 10-month school calendar with a possibility of an additional 6-week summer session depending on the child's needs.

 SEIT teachers needed in both Suffolk and Nassau counties. Must be a caring, compassionate person who enjoys working with preschoolers. Candidate must hold NYS Certified Special Education teacher with a Birth -2nd grade certification.

 $64.00 - $66.00 per hour
