Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in mobility vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, including wiring, batteries, and control modules.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues and solutions to clients.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on electrical systems.
• ASE certification in Electrical/Electronic Systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with mobility vehicles and adaptive equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
