Physical Therapist – Contract

Location: Arizona 85542 | Pay: $1,987–$2,230/week
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 4×10 or 5×8

Job Summary:

  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients according to established standards of care.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.

  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team to optimize care outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong outpatient physical therapy experience.

  • Current Arizona Physical Therapist license.

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
