Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Electricians across multiple levels – Class 1, Class 2, Specialists, and Lead Electricians – to join our growing team. These roles will involve installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment within fast-paced industrial environments. Ideal candidates will be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in team settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, controls, and equipment.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical issues.

  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including builders, pipefitters, and maintenance staff.

  • Lead Electricians: provide direction, mentorship, and oversight to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Class 1 Electricians – Licensed, capable of performing complex industrial installations and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.

  • Class 2 Electricians – Licensed or journeyman-level, experienced with routine electrical work, wiring, and equipment installation.

  • Specialist Electricians – Expertise in robotics, controls, automation systems, or other advanced technologies.

  • Lead Electricians – Proven leadership experience, ability to manage teams and oversee large-scale projects.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.

  • Industrial or automotive experience preferred.

  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
