We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team on a per diem/PRN basis. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center is located in Cassville, MO, and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents to receive the highest quality personal care services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation

• Establish and maintain a caseload of residents with communication disorders, swallowing difficulties, and cognitive impairments

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care

• Conduct therapy sessions in a variety of settings, including individual and group settings

• Document resident progress and communicate with family members and healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

• Current certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of Missouri

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
