Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Lincoln, Michigan

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $89.3 - $66.5 per hour

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Active Michigan Physical Therapist License
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel and reside outside the facility's 50-mile radius
