Nursing Home Financial Liaison Assistant (Assistant Business Office Manager)

Winder Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Liaison Assistant/Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM) to join our team! As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in overseeing various business office functions, including resident files, payroll, accounts payable, and more. What You’ll Do

• Support Medicaid applications and renewals

• Manage daily census reporting

• Assist with weekly UR calls

• Maintain accurate records in PCC

• Support resident trust accounts

• Assist with collections and AR aging

• Communicate effectively with families and agencies

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in an SNF Business Office or AR role

• Working knowledge of Medicaid processes in a long-term care facility (Required)

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Clear, professional communicator

• Comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Business, Human Resources, Admissions, or related fields

• Prior experience working in a long-term care organization

• Experience in processing Medicaid applications and payroll
