STNA – Resident Transport

Grafton Oaks Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a dependable and compassionate STNA to join our team in a resident transport role.

Position: STNA – Transport

In this role, you will help safely transport residents to and from appointments, activities, therapy, and other destinations while providing excellent resident care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents throughout the facility and to outside appointments

• Assist residents with transfers and mobility as needed

• Ensure residents are comfortable and properly secured during transportation

• Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and medical providers

• Assist with basic resident care as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe transportation environment

• Complete required documentation

• Follow all facility safety and infection-control procedures

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Clean driving record

• Compassionate and patient approach to resident care

• Dependable and professional

• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and transfers

• Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred
