$18 - $19 starting hourly
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, setting a warm, professional tone for their care experience.
Coordinate and manage appointments across our chiropractic and physical therapy providers.
Facilitate communication between patients and providers to keep treatment plans, referrals, and follow-ups on track.
Manage patient records with precision, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records and documentation.
Assist patients in understanding their personalized care plans that align with patient needs and goals.
Provide empathetic support to patients, addressing concerns and fostering trust.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to streamline processes and improve patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and follow up on care plans to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain the aesthetics and functionality of the clinic in relation to cleanliness and ambiance.
Patient account payments, collections, and sales.
Qualifications:
- Experience in coordinating patient appointments and managing schedules efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and healthcare providers.
- Proven track record of maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple schedules and priorities.
- Ability to assist patients in understanding their care plans and addressing their concerns.
- Experience in collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Proficiency in monitoring patient progress and ensuring continuity of care.
- Proficiency in using computer software programs and management.
- A calm, detail-oriented approach — you catch the small things before they become big things.
- A collaborative mindset; you work well as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
