Compensation:

$18 - $19 starting hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, setting a warm, professional tone for their care experience.

  • Coordinate and manage appointments across our chiropractic and physical therapy providers.

  • Facilitate communication between patients and providers to keep treatment plans, referrals, and follow-ups on track.

  • Manage patient records with precision, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records and documentation.

  • Assist patients in understanding their personalized care plans that align with patient needs and goals.

  • Provide empathetic support to patients, addressing concerns and fostering trust.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to streamline processes and improve patient outcomes.

  • Monitor patient progress and follow up on care plans to ensure continuity of care.

  • Maintain the aesthetics and functionality of the clinic in relation to cleanliness and ambiance.

  • Patient account payments, collections, and sales.


Qualifications:
  • Experience in coordinating patient appointments and managing schedules efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Proven track record of maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple schedules and priorities.
  • Ability to assist patients in understanding their care plans and addressing their concerns.
  • Experience in collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Proficiency in monitoring patient progress and ensuring continuity of care.
  • Proficiency in using computer software programs and management.
  • A calm, detail-oriented approach — you catch the small things before they become big things.
  • A collaborative mindset; you work well as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
