Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Lead and mentor a small culinary team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Collaborate with the executive chef on menu development and execution.
• Train kitchen staff on techniques and best practices.
• Maintain inventory and manage food costs efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a full-service restaurant.
