As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our Per Diem team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for assisting our certified nursing staff in providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting residents, as well as supporting our care team in maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding residents
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, helping to build strong relationships
• Support our care team in maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring residents' needs are met
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working closely with our interdisciplinary care team
• Document resident care and progress, maintaining accurate records and providing updates to the care team
