$40–$45/hour | 1–2 Days/Week
Are you a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with great pay and no weekend shifts?
Our established multidisciplinary healthcare practice in Tampa, FL is seeking a dependable, patient-focused PTA to join our collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care and wants a flexible 1–2 day-per-week schedule.

What You'll Do
As a PTA, you'll work alongside our providers and multidisciplinary healthcare team to help patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, stretching, and rehabilitation treatments according to the patient's plan of care
  • Perform passive, active, and PNF stretching
  • Assist with manual therapeutic techniques
  • Administer treatment modalities, including Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), US and Laser therapy, spinal decompression and traction, Shockwave therapy and WBV
  • Educate patients on exercises, treatment plans, and ways to actively participate in their recovery
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate relevant changes to the clinical team
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
  • Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the office
  • Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient care
  • Maintain treatment tables and equipment to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment
  • Collaborate with physicians, providers, nurses, and ancillary staff to deliver comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Florida required
  • Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, chiropractic, or an integrated healthcare setting is a plus
