Dispatch works with drivers throughout the week to coordinate route timing and keep assignments organized.Advance load planning supports steady weekly mileage and helps limit delays between freight assignments.Consistent freight availability provides dependable work throughout the year.Drivers work with dispatch to coordinate pickup schedules, delivery windows, and upcoming freight assignments. Organized route planning helps maintain consistent movement while providing drivers with a clear progression through the workweek.All freight is 100% no-touch dry van.Drivers remain focused on driving and delivery responsibilities without loading or unloading freight.Orientation: Orientation is paid, with hotel and travel expenses covered.
