Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

• Deliver customized therapy interventions based on each patient's plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment to support continuity of care
• Teach patients and families about home exercise programs and strategies for daily living
• Communicate patient status and outcomes clearly with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment by following infection control and safety standards

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license or ability to obtain before start
• Ability to implement treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping patients restore mobility

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Physical therapy and patient care
