Med Spa Sales Manager / Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, high-ticket Sales Manager / Patient Care Coordinator to drive lead conversion, manage client consultations, and close sales for treatment packages and spa memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients to build customized IV therapy and wellness packages ($500–$3,000+).
• Follow up on warm leads generated from digital ad campaigns via phone, email, and text.
• Guide clients through treatment options using clinic sales guides and treatment plans.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering white-glove, consultative customer service.
• Oversee front-desk patient flow and manage client retention strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales or high-ticket closing experience in a Med Spa, Luxury Wellness, or Aesthetic setting.
• Proven track record of handling objection resolution and membership/package upsells.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with spa protocols and medical waivers.
