Physical Therapist Assistant
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing outpatient clinic in Germantown, MD. Compensation and Benefits
- Up to $75,000 annual salary, based on experience

Schedule and Work Environment
- Flexible scheduling options within clinic hours
- Clinic Hours: Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Up to 12 patients per day
- One-on-one care in dedicated 40-minute treatment blocks
- 100% outpatient setting focused on health, wellness, and medically-based fitness
- Patient population includes adults through geriatrics
- EMR system: PROMPT
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Implement individualized, unique plans of care to improve mobility, independence, confidence, and overall quality of life
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care and utilize innovative treatment equipment
- Educate patients and caregivers on their conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate, timely progress documentation using clinical documentation software
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable, supportive, and multidisciplinary clinical team
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Maryland physical therapist assistant license or eligible to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
- Strong clinical interest or experience in outpatient orthopedic and balance or vestibular rehabilitation
- Dependable, motivated clinician who is eager to learn, grow, and develop specialized clinical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills
- Open to all experience levels, including both new graduates and experienced clinicians
