As a Per Diem BCBA, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services while partnering with families and your clinical team to help each client reach their goals.
What You'll DoConduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments
Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements
Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Current 8-hour supervision certificate
Active state licensure where applicable
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Reliable transportation when in-person services are required
Authorized to work in the United States
Experience supervising RBTs and/or BCaBAs
Experience working in center-based, in-home, school, or hybrid settings
Familiarity with electronic clinical and data-collection platforms
Strong family and team collaboration skills
A passion for evidence-based practice and meaningful client outcomes
