Job Description
About Strive Physical Therapy

Strive Physical Therapy is a locally owned, therapist-founded practice in Colorado Springs built around one goal: helping people "Do Life Better" by getting back to the activities they love, pain-free. Every plan is fully customized, combining hands-on techniques like manual therapy, dry needling, and cupping with evidence-based, skilled exercise to speed recovery and build lasting independence. Backed by six consecutive years as The Gazette's Best of Springs winner and a spot on the Inc 5000 fastest-growing companies list, Strive pairs small-practice, patient-first care with a successful business model.

Compensation Package

This role pays $80,000–$98,720 a year. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.

In addition, we provide:

  • $20,000 sign-on bonus

  • Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend

  • $12,000 fellowship reimbursement

  • 17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure

  • $10,000 in tax-free student loan repayment over 5 years, paid monthly

  • Relocation assistance available

Benefits

On top of that, you get the standard package, done right:

  • Medical insurance, with the clinic covering roughly 75% of your premium

  • HSA option with employer contributions

  • 401(k) with an employer match that vests immediately

  • Dental and vision insurance

  • Short-term disability and life insurance options

Why Clinicians Choose Strive PT

At Strive Physical Therapy you’ll get more than a paycheck. You’ll get a career path, mentorship, and the chance to work in one of the country’s most beautiful regions. Some highlights:

  • Clinical autonomy where you make the calls on patient care

  • A new grad mentoring program that builds up your caseload as you’re ready for it

  • Unlimited continuing education and specialty certifications, no budget cap, no approval process

  • A real path to Clinic Director or another clinical leadership role

  • Reasonable caseloads and flexible scheduling

  • Evidence-based care, backed by the technology and time to deliver it

Life in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs pairs the stunning natural beauty of Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and endless hiking and climbing, with the convenience of a large metropolis. It's an affordable, growing city with a strong job market in aerospace, defense, tech, and healthcare, plus a revitalized downtown full of local restaurants and breweries. Add in top attractions like the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center, and it's a city that feels like a getaway destination and a genuine hometown all at once.

What You’ll Be Doing

Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:

  • Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

  • Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention

  • Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

  • Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

  • A Colorado physical therapy license, or eligibility for one

  • All experience levels are encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease

  • Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

  • Current CPR certification

Physical Requirements

You’ll need to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds

• Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly

• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises

Equal Opportunity Employer

Strive Physical Therapy is an equal opportunity employer. We don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status, and we’re committed to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
