- Fuze HR, is seeking an energetic Dispatcher to join our thriving team in Bentonville, AR! As a Dispatcher, you will monitor Technicians logs and available hours to ensure they can make on time their routes. Responsibilities:
- Create job orders and route scheduling
- Dispatch Technicians
- Ensure accurate billing
- Serve as liaison between clients and Technicians
- Communicate scheduling information and changes to Technicians and customers
- Perform administrative tasks
Skills and qualifications:- Able to provide quality customer service
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Familiar with Kauai streets and geography
- Excellent time management
