East Bank Center, the Rockford area's only short-term only, nursing and rehabilitation center is in need of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.  If you pride yourself on delivering the best therapy services to patients who are recovering from a medical or surgical event then we want to invite you to apply for this position. 

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to participate in the plan of care.   Provide therapy services established by the treatment program and goals for improved function.  You will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.

Requirements:

 

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
