Estimator

A construction firm with over 40 years of experience providing services such as rehabilitation, reconstruction, seismic retrofitting, property maintenance, and litigation support across residential and commercial projects is seeking a Senior Estimator to help them deliver accurate project planning, innovative solutions, and reliable cost forecasting that drives successful multifamily developments in the East Bay Area.

 

Your Day Includes

• Preparing conceptual through detailed estimates and performing quantity take-offs

• Attending pre-bid meetings, site visits, and coordinating RFIs, RFQs, and schedules

• Reviewing drawings and specifications to develop accurate scopes and pricing

• Supporting operations with project management insight and mentoring team members

• Participating in trade shows, client meetings, and continuous process improvement

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree in construction or related field

• 5–10 years of multifamily construction estimating experience with strong building envelope knowledge
