Harness Assembler

Effectively perform a variety of light industrial manufacturing tasks for wire harness, 

circuit board, and electronic assembly.

Responsibilities:

· Meet and exceed production times

· Continuously complete assigned tasks and meet production goals

· Use the proper tool for each project

· Work in a team environment

· Acquire knowledge of all types and all sizes of harnesses

· Pay close attention to directions from Team Lead or others you work with

· Read blueprints and work instructions

· Understand and follow wire and weld diagrams

· Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

· Must have strong communication skills to communicate with other employee owners, team leads, and production supervisors.

· Basic math and computer skills

· Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality

· Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis

· Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time

· Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve

· Operate with a sense of teamwork
