Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored therapy interventions following each patient's plan of care to help them regain mobility and independence
  • Document patient progress and responses to treatment with accuracy and care
  • Empower patients through education and home exercise programs that promote long-term recovery
  • Keep supervising PTs in the loop with clear, timely communication about patient status
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, infection control, and compliance in every interaction
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams
  • A heart for patient care and a positive, can-do attitude
Education
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
  • Solid understanding of physical therapy interventions and treatment plan implementation
  • Skilled in patient education and designing home exercise programs
  • Clear and compassionate communication with patients, families, and teammates
  • Knowledgeable in infection control and compliance standards
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset to thrive in a team-based rehab environment
