Position Summary
The Analyzer Assembly 1 position is responsible for performing routine assembly operations for analyzer products and components in a manufacturing environment. The incumbent works under the supervision of a Lead Assembler or more senior employee and follows established procedures, assembly drawings, and work instructions to ensure products are assembled accurately and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•       Assemble analyzer components, subassemblies, and finished products according to established work instructions and assembly drawings.
•       Always wear PPE while on the production floor.
•       Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, specifications, and written instructions.
•       Perform basic inspections to verify product quality and identify defects or assembly issues.
•       Use hand tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
•       Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately.
•       Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
•       Maintain a clean and organized work area.
•       Communicate production concerns, quality issues, or equipment problems to the Lead or Supervisor.
•       Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
•       Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

•       High school diploma or equivalent.
•       Minimum of one (1) year of manufacturing, assembly, or related experience.
•       Ability to read and understand written instructions and interpret assembly drawings.
•       Ability to work under the direction and supervision of a Lead Assembler or more senior employee.
•       Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
