The Springs of Fairfield Bay is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our experienced rehabilitation team. In this flexible, as-needed role, you’ll design and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents regain strength, restore mobility, and achieve their highest level of independence.

Your Impact:

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans

• Provide direct physical therapy services to support recovery and functional goals

• Supervise and guide PTAs and other therapy team members

• Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team

• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility techniques, exercises, and safety practices

What You Bring:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Arkansas

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
