We have separate dog and cat entrances, waiting areas, exam rooms, and treatment areas.

Veterinary Practice Manager:
The Bushwick veterinary center is hiring a Veterinary practice manager Part-time who wants to focus on their passion for helping animals. The Veterinary Practice Manager is critical to the success of BVC, ensuring a positive culture built on shared values and open communication, creating operational efficiencies, and problem-solving to improve client service and team engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee and lead the veterinary staff and receptionists.
- Clinic Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and workflow optimization. Implement and maintain best practices to enhance the clinic's efficiency and productivity.
- Client Relations: Uphold high standards of customer service.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure the clinic is compliant with all relevant veterinary regulations, standards, and protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within a veterinary practice.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficient in computer software, including practice management systems.
- Experience using Evet Practise software
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for animals and a commitment to providing top-notch care.
